Artisan goat cheese with a bloomy rind of Penicillium camemberti, made in the Sierra de Gredos.

Nevado de Gredos is an aromatic and fruity cheese with a buttery texture and velvety white rind. Made with pasteurized goat's milk and vegetable coagulant, it evolves with aging, becoming creamier and more expressive.

Flavor and texture

Aromatic and fruity, with a buttery, compact, hazelnut-white texture. Reminiscent of autumn and mushrooms; with advanced aging, it becomes more intense and can acquire a semi-liquid texture.

Excellent with crusty bread, nuts, fig jam, honey, aromatic white wine, sparkling wines, or artisan cheese boards.

Storage

Store between 0 and 5 ºC. Do not keep unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours. Best consumed within 3 months of production.
