Palm Sunday Cheese 225 g – María's Cheesery

Queso Domingo de Ramos from Quesería de María, a semi-cured artisanal goat cheese aged for two and a half months. It has a dark, somewhat rough natural rind, a semi-hard texture, and a buttery feel in the mouth.

Its flavor starts slightly acidic, blends with sweet notes of soft caramel, and leaves a long, persistent aftertaste with hints of nuts and spices.
