Mermelicias de Gredos makes each jar entirely by hand, using local fruit from the Tiétar Valley, sourced from farms free of chemical treatments. Production is always seasonal, working only with fruit at its optimal ripeness, which means limited editions.

Sweetened only with organic whole cane sugar, in a much lower proportion than industrial jams, so that the real flavor of the fruit is the true protagonist.
