Le Bizarre – Gredos Natural Wine

Le Bizarre is a natural Garnacha del Alberche wine made by Bodega Cható Gañán, with grapes from a 70-year-old vineyard located in the Media Legua area, between Burgohondo and Navalmoral de la Sierra.

• Grape: Old-vine Garnacha.
• Vineyard at approximately 960 m altitude, with sandy-textured granitic soil.
• Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.
• Made without racking, unfined and unfiltered, with a minimal dose of sulfur dioxide.
• Bottled, labeled, and sealed by hand.

Tasting notes: Light-bodied, fresh, fluid, and a very representative profile of Gredos.
