Giant's Playground - Gredos Natural Wine

Giant's Playground, by Bodega Antípoda, is a natural Garnacha wine from Alberche, sourced from vineyards in Cebreros and El Barraco, grown on granite and sandy soils.

• Origin: 50% Cebreros and 50% El Barraco.
• Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes.
• Foot-trodden in the winery with 100% whole cluster.
• Native yeasts and very gentle extraction.
• Aged for 9 months, unfiltered and unfined, with very low sulfur added before bottling.
• Limited production: 930 bottles.

Tasting notes: 100% Gredos profile: light-bodied, very fresh, and with a very fluid texture.
