El Fugitivo 2025 is a mountain wine from Garganta Organista, sourced from two vineyards in San Esteban del Valle, cultivated on terraces over granite sands.

• Vineyards at 850 m and 700 m altitude.
• Vines with an average age of 55 years.
• Varietal blend: 50% Garnacha, 30% Cariñena, 15% Garnacha Tintorera, and 5% Tempranillo.
• Manual harvest at dawn in 17 kg boxes.
• Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and natural decantation with winter cold.

Tasting notes: Intense youth, deep color, wild cherries, tart fruit, dark, meaty, and herbal undertones. Long palate, vertical acidity, and pronounced tannins.
