El Arañón 2025 – Mountain Orange Wine

El Arañón 2025 is a mountain wine made by Garganta Organista from Albillo Real grapes grown in the El Arañón plot, in Villarejo del Valle, at an altitude of about 800m.

• Terraced vineyard on very poor granitic soil, directly on bedrock.
• Young Albillo Real vines, six winters old.
• Harvested at dawn in 17 kg boxes.
• Fermented with skins and stems in an open French oak vat.
• Natural decantation before bottling.

Tasting notes: Intense golden yellow color, earthy profile with notes of honey and spices, mineral, long palate with velvety tannins.

Food pairing: Garden produce, roasts, mushrooms, and wood-fired pizzas.
