Cinético 2021 is a mountain wine from Garganta Organista made with grapes from the El Valdeate vineyard, in El Barraco, within the Alberche Valley, Gredos.
Vineyard located at 900 m altitude with southeast orientation.
Soil of degraded and compacted granite, mixed with white quartz.
Varieties: 96% Garnacha Tinta and 4% Chelva.
Manual harvest and spontaneous fermentation without temperature control.
Aged for 18 months in 500 L French oak foudres and then aged in bottle.
