Ingredients: 100% snails. Brine: water, salt and EDTA E-385.
Preparation instructions: Rinse, prepare a sauce of your choice, add the snails and boil for at least 15 minutes. Do not consume directly: must be cooked to an internal temperature of 60 ºC.
