Black Dog, from Bodega Vino y se Quedó, is a single-plot natural Cariñena wine, with limited production and a fresh, easy, and very smooth profile.

• Limited production: 539 bottles.
• Single-plot Cariñena; also known as Aragonés in the area.
• Bush vines, approximately 60 years old, at an altitude of 700m, on decomposed granite.
• Certified organic vineyard.
• Short maceration and traditional whole bunch treading.
• Aged for 7 months in Clayver stoneware amphorae to preserve the fruit.

Tasting notes: Wild berries, good freshness, 12.5% alcohol, and an easy-drinking style.
