Candeleda Hot Smoked Paprika is one of the most authentic products from the Tiétar Valley, made following a traditional process that has been maintained for generations.
It is obtained from carefully selected hot peppers, stemmed by hand and without adding oils or additives, resulting in a 100% natural product.
Drying is carried out in centuries-old drying sheds, using oak and holm oak wood, a slow process that provides its characteristic smoky flavor, a deep aroma, and an intense red color that remains stable over time.
Thanks to this artisanal process, the paprika reaches up to 220 ASTA units, which guarantees high quality, great color intensity, and flavor.
Hot smoked paprika is perfect for:
